When you use Backlio, we collect information you provide directly, such as your email address and name when you register. We also collect data you enter into the service, including client names and backlink data. We automatically collect certain technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve the Backlio service, process payments, send transactional emails (account confirmations, password resets), and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

Backlio uses Supabase for database and authentication, Stripe for payment processing, and Resend for email delivery. Each of these services has their own privacy policies and security practices.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Row-level security ensures users can only access their own data.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You can also delete your account through the Settings page.
